Tracking Rare Carnivores

Hear from Luke Lamar of Swan Valley Connections, who helps lead a collaborative project to monitor populations of rare forest carnivores like Canada lynx, wolverines, fishers, and more. SVC and Blackfoot Challenge staff visit remote sites throughout the winter to collect evidence of these seldom seen critters in our watershed.
