In the fall of 2024, the Blackfoot Challenge hosted a series of community meetings around the watershed, gathering feedback about outdoor recreation trends and impacts to the region. Six local meetings were followed by two more in-depth visioning workshops, all facilitated by a team from the University of Montana. That team has now finalized and published their report — which will help guide the ongoing work of partners within the newly formed Blackfoot Challenge Recreation Committee.
